Thank you for shopping with Rosy Dottie Beauty. We want your shopping experience to be simple, clear, and worry-free. If you need to request a return or refund, please read the policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. The product should be returned with its original packaging when applicable, along with your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, or personal care products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with may not be accepted for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

1. Opened or used beauty products
2. Final sale or clearance items
3. Gift cards
4. Personalized or custom-made products
5. Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
6. Products sent back without approval from our support team

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Rosy Dottie Beauty is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [service@rosydottie.shop](mailto:service@rosydottie.shop).

We may ask for photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our side.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order after your return is approved.

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our normal return process.
